Where do i enter the amount i paid for my college student for housing?

Generally, you do not enter your room and board expenses.  "Housing'' is not a qualified expense for either a tuition credit or for tax free scholarship. 

Room and board are qualified expenses for a 529 plan or CESA distribution.  As such, TurboTax will not even let you enter  room and board unless you have first entered a form 1099-Q for the 529/ESA distribution.  Then, to get the screen to enter Room & Board, answer yes when asked if you have book expenses.
