What is considered full time student when determining whether or not you qualify to claim a deduction for your college aged child on your taxes?

 1098T is marked as "at least 1/2 time" and attended from August to December 2018.  Does this qualify?

The University your child attends makes the determination as to the number of credits required to be considered full-time or part-time.  So, it is not the same for every student.
