Turbotax is asking for a 1098 that I cannot find. My lenders site only shows 2 loans and neither has the date of the one it's asking for.

I assume you are referring to the 1098-E and not the 1098-T. The 1098-E is issued by the lender, only if you made loan payments on the qualified student loan in 2020. The 1098-E is commonly issued to the primary borrower on the loan. So if you are not the primary borrower, you will typically not be the one that receives the 1098-E.
