Should I list my education expenses that were covered by scholarships and grants?

All of my books and expenses were covered with the grants should I still list them as educational expenses?

Yes, you should.  When going through TurboTax education section, enter all grants/scholarships and then all of your qualified education expenses.  The program will then determine if you qualify for an education credit, or  - if the scholarship/grants are larger than your expenses- you will have taxable income. If you don't enter your expenses, then all grants will be taxable.
