You can enter your 1098-T form for your dependent in TurboTax here:

Federal Taxes (Personal if using TurboTax Self Employed or Home and Business)
Deductions & Credits
You may need to click on Skip to see all tax breaks
Scroll down to Education and click on Show More
Expenses and Scholarships (Form 1098-T)
Start or update
