My son is in college, his mother pays the tuition and has asked me to put $5000 per year in a bank account for his living expenses (Lioncash). Can I deduct that $5000?

I just want to know if and how to deduct the $5000 per year I'm paying for my son's college living expenses

No.   Nobody can deduct living expenses.
