My son is a college student at Ohio State. He worked a 5 month internship for WDW in Florida. How does this affect his tax return?

I've read that Florida doesn't take state taxes. How will this affect his Ohio tax return? Does he have to claim his Florida income?

If he is a resident of Ohio (or any other state that has an income tax), he will need to include the income from Florida on his Ohio resident state return.  

You are correct, Florida does not tax income like this.
