My 16 year old son attended the Stanford Summer High School College program last year and I believe they will not send a 1098 form, but may i still deduct the tuition?

Unless he's receiving college credits for attending the program, the tuition is a nondeductible personal expense. Only tuition for postsecondary education is deductible.

I need a copy of my 2021 MA State tax return, I was assessed on student college tuition, I have tax audit defense but they need that copy ?
