It shows that I'm qualified for Lifetime Learning credits, but then the amount doesn't show on the filing? How can I have it shown on my filing?

On AOTC it says no but on Lifetime Learning Credits it says yes. However the amount is not applied to my refund

The Lifelong Learning Credit is a nonrefundable credit, so you can use it to pay any tax liability, but it will not increase your refund.

a non-refunable credit means Line 22 on Form 1040 can not go below zero.

The Lifetime Learning Credit is a nonrefundable credit, so you can use it to pay any income tax liability (lines 16 & 18 of form 1040).  It can not be used to offset self employment tax (line 23 of form 1040).
