In 2023, I went to college for part of Aug, along with Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec. Does that count as 5 months and qualify as full time?

That counts as part of at least five months for someone to claim you as their student dependent, but the requirement for being a full time student for education credits is different. It is based on the required course load required by the school to be considered full or half-time.
