I'm in an online program at Penn Foster working towards a veterinary technician degree. How does this tuition work in the educational tax credit?

You should receive a 1098-T from your school. This will report your tuition. You can then enter it in the EDUCATION section of Deductions and Credits. This will calculate the credit.
