I already completed a 4yr degree 10 years ago and I'm now doing an associate's degree in 2017 - 2018. Do I qualify for the AOTC?
I would like to know if I can claim the AOTC now with my degree being such a long time ago.

No. It is only available for your first undergraduate degree or equivalent (first 4 years of college).
