Employer tuition assistance

I received tuition assistance for my daughter because I am an employee of the University. It was reported as a PERS/ORP in my box 14. Do I select “yes” to the question: Did you receive tax-free employer assistance?

A. No.

Box 14 is only informational and doesn't not require reporting on your tax return.  Any taxable amount is already include in box 1 of your W-2 (most university tuition remission plans are totally tax free).
