Does box 7 of 1098T form effect tax refund if box 7 wasn't checked off for 2019, and after filing 2020 tax return university sent corrected 1098T that has box 7 checked?

It doesn't usually mean anything because you are allowed to claim, for the tuition credit, what you paid, in 2020, whether it was for 2020 or the first term of 2021.
