If you paid interest over $600 you should have a 1098-E from the lender. If it was less then you do not need one.
To enter it without it, you will still go into the 1098-E section and enter the interest just like you would if you had the form.
If you do not have the form, and the interest you paid was more than $600 then check the lenders' website. Some do not mail them anymore and you have to access them on their site.
