CAN I REPORT COLLEGE EXPENSES/TUITON STATEMENT FROM 2015?

I only have access to my tuition statement from 2015, and not 2016 (not sure why) but can I claim/report it on my 2016 Tax returns?

You cannot claim your tuition from 2015 on your 2016 tax return. If your school issued a form 1098-T for 2016, you should able to print a copy by logging into your student account on the school's website.

If you did not claim your education expenses for 2015 and wish to claim them, you'll need to amend your 2015 tax return.
