Can I receive Hope Scholarship Credit?

I've never claimed in on taxes, or received any of the credit. I've been out of school for 3 years and just got a 2 year degree

No, there is not a Hope Credit any longer.  You may qualify for the American Opportunity Tax Credit or the Lifetime Learning Credit though.
