Yes. You can include your 1098-T on the 1040A form.

Select the Federal Taxes tab ( Personal Tab in Home and Business)
Select Deductions & Credits
Click I'll choose what I work on.
Scroll down the Your Deductions & Credits screen until you see the Education group.
Click on the Start/Update button next to the Education Expenses and Scholarships ( 1098-T)
