Where is my 2nd stimulus?

I do not understand, how we got the first payment in April, but this last one is in Limbo? Where on earth did it go? Irs says one thing, you say something else, now, I have to wait a month till we get it back.  Not happy!

TurboTax is working with the IRS to help fix the error affecting the stimulus payments made by the IRS. Several TurboTax customers affected by this IRS error will receive their stimulus payment from the IRS.  

In a worst-case scenario where the IRS cannot direct deposit or mail the stimulus payment, you may claim it as an extra refund on your 2020 tax return.

I used Turbo Tax /was a paying customer, last year. All was well. But now, we are left playing the BLAME GAME, and no one knows where my 2nd stimulus payment went. The IRS blames Turbo Tax, and Turbo Tax blames the IRS. will never use TT again.
