Where is form 5452 in Turbotax Business?

How can I enter form 5452 in Turbotax Business? It is not listed in forms.

I would like to add that TurboTax Business has not supported Form 5452 for at least the several years, if the form ever has been supported by the program.

Form 5452 can, of course, be downloaded from the link below, completed manually, and mailed together with the corporation's income tax return.

If it is not listed in the forms, then TT does not support it.  However, the forms list may not yet be complete.
