Yes, it should be.  You can do the math yourself.  Multiply the gross number of shares that vested times the stock's closing price on that date.  Your calculation and the amount in Box 14 should be reasonably close.

Your employer can put anything they want into box 14 for your information.  Ask your employer what it means.
