We need much help and need to share information.

We have had so many physical problems that have stopped us from finishing last years form. Have been in the hospital several times. We need to explain and talk to someone and get the help we need to complete last time and file this time. We will pay extra no problem. I have another surgery going to take place before too long and we need to get this done. We will pay what is needed to get this all completed. Thanks for your help.
