Dan and nancy Shaw are divorced. And yet are managers of the LLC. A third is  silent manager.

I am assuming you are asking how to file a tax return for your LLC. 

 

If you have three separate individuals as members of an LLC, the LLC should file a separate return for the LLC as the type of entity (generally a partnership, Form 1065) that it is set up to be.

Each partner/member would receive a K-1 which reports their share, according to agreement or ownership percentage of the income or loss from the business on their own tax return.
