UPE in 2023 for a partnership that closed in 2022

I had expenses in 2023 related to a partnership that was closed in 2022 (so no K-1 for 2023). How can I enter this information so it shows up on line 28B of Schedule E as Nonpassive Loss?

UPE in 2023 for a partnership that closed in 2022

If the partnership closed in 2022, how do you have partnership expenses in 2023? Any expenses you incurred after the partnership ceased operations are not deductible.
