UPDATE "lets try that again" error

I'm unable to add my 1099 NEC or check for child tax credit. It says im early that IRS hasn't update these things on the desktop version. I know that's incorrect because If I were to file online everything is up to date. When I check if I can update turbo tax version it gives me an error to try again. that it experienced a time out could be my internet or their servers are busy. Not my internet for sures. Any idea what I can do? I can't call cx services I don't have time to do that.
