TEXAS FRANCHISE TAX RETURN 2024

I am amending 2023 1120-S due to wrong value in original balance sheet. It did not result any change in the amount I owe to IRS or IRS owes to me.

I am a Texas resident, and I already filed Texas Franchise Tax Return.

In this situation, should I have to amend Texas Franchise Tax Return? I assume it should be no because there is no change in value in Texas Franchise Tax Return.

I would appreciate for any comment.
