TaxIrene,I have already tried the steps you mention. Forms have been updated / deleted / added etc. but "S Corp" keeps coming back when i add K-1 to update partnership .

When you are on the screen, Tell Us About Your Schedules K-1, make sure you are clicking the first Update box, next to Partnerships/LLCs (Form 1065).

Could you tell me, please, the steps you are taking and exactly when you see "S Corp"  (what screen).
