Small Employer Pension Credits

Looking to post expenses related to Small Employer Pension Plans which should generate a Form 8881.

Namely, Start Up Cost Credit, Contribution Credit and Auto-Enrollment Credit. Mention was made of a March 6, 2024 target date for Turbo Tax roll out. Did this occur, and are the related instructions available?
