Single member llc zelle transactions

I have single member LLC and transactions are done through zelle on business account. But there are any generated receipts of transactions as such. How do I report this income in schedule C ?

Also is my income fall under QBI

You can enter it in the Business Income section under General Income, which is specifically for income not reported on other forms.
