Schedule K-1 Form 1065 with all zeros

Today on March 26, I received Schedule K-1 1065 Form with all zeros that I didn't know was coming. I have already filed the 2023 return. This is from a stock I swing traded with a $23 loss that is already reported on 1099 B. Do I need to amend my tax return now?

No.

You don't need to report a Schedule K-1 with all zeroes. So no need to amend your tax return.
