Schedule 4, Other Taxes

Where do I find this information on the website? Nothing changed from last year yet the website is forcing me to upgrade to Deluxe for some reason.

What's changed this year are the tax forms themselves. This has created a different type of complexity to your return. Schedule 4 contains other taxes such as the self-employment taxes or the early distribution penalty from a pension plan, or even the penalty for not having qualified insurance. If you have any of these situations, your return requires Schedule 4, which is not available in TurboTax Free.
