I am filing as an S-Corp, but I have not made any money through my Company since 2004. My tax lady was supposed to mark final return on my 2018 1022S, but did not. The job I have now takes out taxes. What so I put on my 1022S other than final return for 2019. I will not be using my tax lady again, as she failed to file my extension for 2015 in time, and now the IRS wants some money for that.

That return your "tax lady" filed for 2018 can be amended and then marked as a final return.
Since she neglected to file the return properly (i.e., mark it "final"), I suggest requesting that she amend it, which would be a relatively simple matter in this instance.
Thanks for the reply!
