I have distributions to LLC shareholders of $90K but shareholder contributions to equity of $180K.
I have found the place in TurboTax business where I enter distributions to shareholders. Where do I enter the contributions?

If you have a change in ownership, you need to so indicate in the Business Info tab (at the bottom of that screen).
Otherwise, shareholders keep track of their individual basis separately; the entry would just be a balance sheet entry in the program.
Note that the program does contain a Stock and Loan Basis Information Worksheet. You can see that worksheet in Forms Mode.
