Rental Property Purchase

We are family owned S-Corporation doing retail. In 2020 we purchased condo both as an investment and for renting. Now I am trying to find exact place in TurboTax to enter this expense or asset  (not sure). Please advise me.

Rental Property Purchase

You need to indicate that the S corporation owns rental real estate, which is in the very beginning of the program.

 

Click the Business Info tab and then About Your Business.
