It’s hard to tell with no numbers to

look at. Did you receive a letter from them in March?  How much federal withholding tax did you report. Check that.

Your transcript indicates there was a hold on your return and a notice issued on 3/11. You should have gotten that notice in the mail. You can also look online at your notices if you did not receive it in the mail originally. 

Then, on 4/15, there was a credit placed on your account. 

Without knowing the details of your return, generally: 

• 806 means there is a tax credit on your tax return
• 766 means there is a credit on your account
• 768 means your return includes Earned Income Credit
• 570 means Additional Liability Pending or Credit Hold

Once you see code 846 on your transcript, it means you should be getting your refund shortly. The amount of that refund (marked with a code 846) cannot be determined since TurboTax receives no information from the IRS about your return and any adjustments the IRS may make.
