What does "sche 2126" on my 2018 tax transcript mean?

It might mean Schedule E.  Why did you have a Schedule E?   Do you own a rental property, royalty property, or get a K-1 from a partnership, estate, trust, etc.?

I don't know what the "2126" means.  If no one else responds here in the next day or two,  you may have to phone the IRS and ask them.    Is that the figure for your Schedule E income (if applicable)?

It's hard to comment much since no one but you can know in what context and where it appears on  your transcript.    This is a public user forum so don't post any personal info.
