I got an email saying that CA LLC forms Form 568 and Form 3522, were both now available, but I cannot figure out what to do next. Where are they? How do I access them?

I see they cannot be efiled, but are they available to just print out with the info from my return filled in? The email seems to suggest it, because it links to logging in, but there's no further information, and my downloaded return only contains a 'do not file, not final form' version of 568, so they aren't already in there. Do I have to do them from scratch from the CA gov website, or can I print them to mail from here somewhere?

If you are using TurboTax Home and Business, you can go into Forms Mode and enter your information in Form 568 and 3522 and print and mail these forms.
