1041 Trust Return

I am filing a 1041 for a trust and had submitted a form 7004 in April 2019 with an estimated payment of $1,500. I am having trouble figuring out how to reflect the estimated payment I made with the extension form on the 1041. I did not file the form 7004 through Turbo Tax.

Are you using TurboTax Business? 

If so, you should be able to enter Forms Mode (click the icon in the upper right side of the screen), open your 1041 and type the amount you paid with your extension directly on the form (Line 25d).
