Quarterly estimated payments: state/federal/both?

Do I need to pay my quarterly estimated taxes directly to my state (Georgia) as well as to the IRS? Or if I pay directly online to the IRS will that include my state taxes? Do you even have to pay quarterly estimates for state taxes or just federal?
