My Turbotax 2021 could not open and it shows,"Looks like we've run into an error"

My Turbotax 2021 could not open and it shows,"Looks like we've run into an error". 

I have installed it lots of time.

My windows system is win8.1.

Not matter I click the send or cancel button, still couldn't open it.

Does anybody can tell me how to fix it ? Thanks a lot!

Microsoft no longer supports Win 8.1 so if the issue is with the OS the only workaround is to upgrade to Win 10 which can cause issues with other apps you have. One thing you can try is to right click on the desktop icon. right click on properties. choose the compatibility tab. check run as administrator. click ok and reboot. 

if that doesn't work best to contact support.
