Line 21 on 1040 should be blank, how do I delete an entry?

The best way is to try and find where it's coming from and delete it from the source.

Go into Income, select I'll choose what I work on, and go down all income items to see if that amount is there.  When you find it, click Update on that line, and hit Delete next to the wrongfully-entered item.
