L have to fill for a s corp even if l create the business form but l never did anything related to it mainly than losing my startup investment on a company ?

an S-corp return can only be prepared using Turbotax business. If you do not file the return, you will not be able to deduct the losses you incurred. To do it on your desktop you need a windows PC using windows 10 or above
