k-1 entries on box 13

Turbo TAx will not let me submit return because of a correct entry from a K-1 (1065) in box 13. Code E - donation of capital gain property....it's March 26th - I'd like to file my return!!

[MODS] a Turbotax bug even in the desktop versions. can't handle 13E on partnership K-1

also it seems to carry the amount to the wrong section of form 8283 if over $5000.

I am too old to be claimed on my parent's return. I checked the box that someone else could claim me. Is there a way to remove this?
