K-1 1066; box 11A "Net Section 965(a) Inclusion Income"

1040 tax return MLP. Line 11A is "Net Section 965(a) Inclusion Income". I have a positive $23.

In the in the box 11 section, I am inclined to paste Net Section 965(a) Inclusion Income into line 5 (other), but I am not sure it should not be pasted into line 4. What do you think?

I am using forms mode.

I also have a IRC Section 365 income Inclusion indicated on my MLP K-1 , Part III, Box 11, category A.  My MLP instructions indicate that this amount should be reported on Form 1040, Schedule B, Part II, Line 5.  Turbo Tax did not enter this amount at this location, so I manually entered it myself.  I did not indicate that this was a qualified dividend because I didn't know.  I assume the MLP would know but the amount didn't justify calling them up to discuss.  I did this because I couldn't find any other entry on the 1040 where Turbo Tax entered this information as income.

Typo correction I meant IRC Section 965
