I received a statement showing partnership distributions on td ameritrade but no Tax form # is mentioned like 1099 etc.

I imported the information on Turbo Tax but the Partnership Distribution amount of $4183is not shown anyway.

It won't be. You need the K-1 from the partnership. The amounts on your K-1, which will differ from the distribution, are what gets entered in your return.
