Is the cost of creating a Revocable Living Trust as part of tax planning deductible?

I paid an Attorney in 2020 to set up a Revocable Living Trust as part of an overall Estate Plan.  This aspect of the plan, was for future tax planning.

No. In the past some fees could be a miscellaneous deduction but those are no longer deductible.
