Is Delaware's LLC Tax Deductable?

Hello everyone:

I own a single member LLC that is both registered and located in Delaware. Each year I pay a $300 LLC tax. Can I claim this $300 tax as a business deduction on my Federal taxes?

Yes. Single-member LLC filing a Schedule C: Line 23 - Taxes and licenses.

Yes, you can claim the LLC registration fee as a business deduction each year.

I still have not received my taxes. The tracker still says it's only been received and not approved yet. I filed February 13. $78 deducted from my account last night.
