Wish I could report a solution to you Linden Tree. I never got one. "Customer Service" is pretty much none existent. I guess Intuits solution to poor programing is this ad campaign to "Have them do it for you"... for an additional hefty charge.
They even eliminated, for most, the the free file for the most basic W2 returns.
The greed is getting palatable. There are some new players out there. search them out.. Nothing like some competition to improve unresponsive service!
