If I juat started a business and made no income do I still need to file my business this year?

If you started a sole-proprietorship that would be reporting a Schedule C on your personal return, then if you had no income or expenses you do not need to include the Schedule C on your return for 2023.

If your business was started as a partnership or corporation and you were issued an EIN for the business, then a business return is expected to be filed.
