If I got a dividend from a Mexican land corporation I am 25% owner of that was taxed in Mexico, do I have to claim it on my US taxes?

US taxpayers are taxed on their worlwide income. so technically yes. but you may be entitled d to take a foreign tax credit for the Mexican taxes you paid by completing form 1116.
